Michelle was raised in a small rural town in Northeast Arkansas. After graduating high school she began working for the University of Arkansas, Northeast Research and Extension Center in Keiser, AR for research specialists and professors for 10 years. She then transferred to the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service in Lake Village, AR for an additional 5 years. After 15 years of office management experience, she joined her step-fathers' business.
Michelle is an administrative assistant and is the bookkeeper for all the farm accounts. She received her Arkansas real estate license in 2001. She has been married for 25 years and has three boys, one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. Her duties include bookkeeping for all farm accounts, creating quarterly and year-end reports for clients, compiling historical production; including income, expenses, yields, taxes, insurance, fuel, and storage costs. In addition she assists in overseeing office efficiency and task completion. She is also responsible for insuring Glaub Farm Management meets AREC rules and regulations and assisting others with the sale of real estate property.
